At More Database, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital data products, refunds are limited.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds may be provided if the delivered database is corrupted or unusable.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• No refunds will be provided for downloaded, used, or partially used databases.

2. Process

To request a refund, contact support@moredatabase.com with your order details. We will process valid requests within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable

All subscription and custom data services are non-refundable.
